Free monthly online workshops to help you support your children's mental health
Our Parent Mental Health Workshops are designed to give parents the knowledge, confidence, and practical tools they need to support their child's emotional wellbeing. These workshops are grounded in evidence-based psychology approaches and delivered in a warm, accessible and supportive way, free of jargon.
Each workshop is suitable for parents, carers, and guardians of children and young people of all ages.
What the workshops will cover
A variety of mental health topics from:
- anxiety,
- difficult emotions,
- self-esteem,
- school non-attendance,
- low mood
- How to use mindfulness

- Parents and carers wanting to better understand their child's emotions
- Families experiencing stress, conflict, or communication difficulties
- Parents of children with anxeity, traumatic histories, or big unmanagable emotions
- Parents wanting to feel more confident and supported
