Once you have completed the initial contact form we will reach out to discuss your needs in more detail at that point you will be able to book in for specific times and dates for your session.
Please note that all services much be paid for in advance of the session.
Initial consultation
After we have received the initial referral form we will reach out for a phone call to discuss your therapeutic goals and discuss arranging ongoing sessions.

Ongoing therapeutic work
Sessions are typically booked for a 1 hour slot. Each single session is a 55 minute hour.
Longer sessions can be booked based on need and discussed with your therapist.

Professional consultation and training
- Creating a mental health formulation for a young person you are working with to inform support
- Staff training to care home, education or social service providers to help support young peoples' mental health, can be provided in 1/2, 1 or multiple day training
